Recently, I met this beautiful baby girl for her newborn session. Now, as a newborn photographer Park Ridge, I love a cooperative baby! Here, this little sweetheart was awake, but made some great faces, and fell fast asleep!

First, we got some sleeping photos, after baby girl was awake at the beginning of her session. Now, most times I don’t mind if baby is awake for a few photos. But, the most precious newborn baby photos are the ones with the babies sleeping.

Them, I used my macro lens for some close ups of those precious baby features. Now, this is not a pose that always works so perfect. But, since this beauty was just such a good baby, we got some gorgeous shots!

Now we went with a swaddle, in a wooden basket, for some cute photos! As a reminder, all wraps, headbands, hats, blankets, props you see featured here on my blog are available at any studio newborn photo session.

Then, we added some color, which I just love with her skin and hair tones!

To finish, we posed this newborn girl in the bucket, for the most requested pose! And, I think the bear eared hat makes for the perfect touch.
